Most app data stays on your device. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or track you across other companies' services. Optional analytics and diagnostics are off by default.

Data we process

App and cloud data: settings, routines, reminders, practice history, and other app state may stay on your device or pass between a paired iPhone and Apple Watch. If enabled, a health integration writes mindfulness-session minutes but does not read or upload health data. Supported Apple apps may synchronize selected settings through your private iCloud database. Public iCloud feature flags contain app configuration, not user data.
Purchases: app stores and a purchase-management provider process a pseudonymous app identifier and purchase information to validate and restore purchases.
Optional analytics and diagnostics: if enabled separately, analytics may include app, practice, feature, purchase, session, setting, version, platform, language, and configured-region information. Diagnostics may include errors, crashes, performance, and device information. Telemetry uses an app-specific pseudonymous identifier and has no dedicated fields for names, email addresses, free-form feedback, health measurements, precise location, or advertising identifiers. Infrastructure may process an IP address to deliver and protect a request, but it is not added to telemetry events.
Feedback: when you submit an in-app form, we receive the message, optional contact details, and visible technical details. Some app versions offer a separate, off-by-default choice to include an optional note in automated analysis. Otherwise, that note is excluded.
Website: we use no advertising or analytics cookies. The host may process ordinary request and security-log data to deliver and protect the site.

Health integration, cloud sync, telemetry, contact details, and automated feedback analysis are optional. Purchase information is needed only for paid features. Request and security data is needed to deliver and protect online services.

Purposes and recipients

We process data to provide requested features and support, validate purchases, improve apps with your consent, operate secure services, and meet legal obligations. Recipient categories are system cloud, app-store, purchase-management, service-infrastructure, website-hosting, email, and automated-analysis providers. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area using an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful safeguard where required.

Retention and choices

Private iCloud preferences remain until you delete them in the app or with iCloud controls. Other records are kept only as long as needed or required by law. You can disable analytics or diagnostics at any time to stop future collection in that category.
